Quick Chicken Macaroni Dinner

This totally came from a lack of time and ingredients in my kitchen. The pot was scraped clean, so I thought I would place here for myself. You could use canned/crushed or whole tomatoes or rotel if you lke spicer foods. I thought about using crema to thicken the sauce but will try that next time. I have one in my house that can't have alot of seasoning, and we add additional to the rest of our servings, so seasoning needs to be added to taste. This is 4-6 servings and I am new to posting do apologize in advance for mistakes. Show more
