Potluck Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup carrot, chopped
- 2 cups ham, chopped
Directions
- Prepare macaroni as package directions.
- Rinse with cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Stir in onion, celery, bell pepper, carrot, ham, and macaroni.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
