Potatoes in Butter and Garlic (Microwave)

Ingredients
- 6 medium russet potatoes (cleaned and cut into bite sized pieces with skin on)
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (like Lawrey's, if you don't have this just use a bit of extra salt and pepper)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup butter, diced
Directions
- Place the potatoes in a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish with a cover. Sprinkle with the seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder and salt.
- Dot the top of the potatoes with butter. Cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and toss potatoes and butter together. Cover and cook for an additional 2 - 4 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
