Potatoes and Carrots Baked in Gravy

This is such an easy recipe and so delicious. This is a great side dish with a any kind of roast.

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 3 -4  potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1  lb  pre-cut  baby carrots
  • 12 onion, sliced and quartered
  • 1  ounce  dry  beef gravy mix
  • 1  cup water
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  •  salt
  •  pepper

Directions

  1. Mix gravy with water.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Spray roasting pan with non stick spray.
  4. Place potatoes, carrots and onions on pan.
  5. Pour gravy mix over the above.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake covered 350 for 1 hour.
