Potato and Leek Soup

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, chopped
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced
- 2 celery, stalks chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 2 prosciutto, slices chopped
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- cream, to serve
Directions
- Add all ingredients (except the cream) to a crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours.
- Use a hand processor, puree the soup untill smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- To serve, drizzle soup in bowls with fresh cream.
