Ingredients

  • 1  cup plain yogurt
  • 4  tablespoons  corn flakes or 4  tablespoons muesli
  • 1  piece  of fruit kiwi or 1  piece strawberries or 1  piece  peaches or 12 mangoes or 12 papayas or 12  a slice pineapple
  • 1  tablespoon  seeds (linseed, sesame, sunflower ...)
  • 1  teaspoon honey

Directions

  1. Peel fruit and cut it into pieces. In a bowl place the fruit, yogurt, and cereals. Sprinkle with seeds and drizzle with honey.
  2. Mix everything and enjoy.
