Port Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 1 lb fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated fine
- 1⁄4 cup port wine
- 4 garlic cloves (minced )
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans or 1⁄2 cup walnuts
- minced nuts
Directions
- Mix cheeses together in a food processor.
- Mix in garlic and nuts.
- Chill several hours.
- Roll into ball and roll in minced nuts.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
