Pork Rub (Or Chicken or Beef)

This is based on the recipe Pork Chop Rub. I wanted more flavors so this is what I came up with. It is fantastic! I used this on butterfly pork chops cooked on the BBQ. It was the best pork chop I had ever had because of this rub. I think this would be great on chicken or beef also. The amount of ingredients are based on 2 pork chops.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon basil
• 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
• 1⁄2 teaspoon marjoram
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  italian seasoning
• 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 1⁄2 teaspoon rosemary
•  salt & pepper
• 1  tablespoon olive oil

Directions

1. Coat both sides of pork chops with olive oil.
2. Mix together all spices in a small bowl and then rub into both sides of pork chop.
