Pita Pizza

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup cilantro
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons cheese, shredded
- 5 pecans
- 1 whole wheat pita bread
- 1⁄2 tomatoes, sliced
- 3 shitake mushrooms
- 1⁄3 cup broccoli
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- To make the sauce: In a small food processor, combine cilantro, garlic, pecans, olive oil, and 3 tablespoons of cheese. Process until it makes a paste.
- Spread the sauce onto the pita.
- Place the tomato, mushrooms, broccoli, and remaining cheese onto the pita.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the edges of the pita turn a golden color.
