Peanut Butter Parfaits

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup crunch granola cereal
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberry
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine first three ingredients.
- Spoon half the mixture into 4 parfait glasses.
- Top each with 2 TB cereal, then 1/2 of the fruit. Repeat.
- Garnish with mint, if desired.
