Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
Directions
- Stir all ingredients until well combined.
- Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
- Serve with apples, pears, celery or any kind of fruit or vegetables you can dip. Honey Crisp apples are the best for this time of year.
