Peachy Good Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 (29 ounce) can peaches
Directions
- Cut up chicken or use an already cut up chicken or 8 chicken breast filets, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Melt coconut oil in a frying pan and add as many chicken pieces as will fit.
- When browned, put in a pan in the toaster oven to keep warm and finish cooking. Put the rest of the chicken pieces in the frying pan and repeat the process.
- Drain the peaches, save the juice, put in blender and puree. Add Tahini, garlic and Dijon mustard - blend. (Add the juice if you want a thinner sauce).
- Put chicken back into frying pan and pour peach sauce over the top. Cook for another 10 minutes or so.
