Ingredients
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 3⁄4 cup vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great!)
- 2 cups peaches, sliced, frozen or fresh
- 1 handful of crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
