Peach Paradise (Smoothie)

Yields: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1  cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 34 cup vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great!)
  • 2  cups  peaches, sliced, frozen or fresh
  • 1  handful of crushed  ice (about 4 ice cubes)

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
