Peach Lassi

Yields: 5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can  peaches, drained
  • 3  cups plain yogurt
  • 13 cup sugar, more if you like it sweeter
  • 2  cups  crushed  ice

Directions

  1. Puree the canned peaches in a blender.
  2. Add the yogurt and sugar and process until blended.
  3. Finally, add the ice and process until smooth and frothy.
  4. Enjoy!
