Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon gelatin
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 1⁄2 lbs peaches, peeled, pitted, and quartered
- 1 cup plain yogurt

- In a mixing bowl, combine the peach puree, the gelatin mixture, the yogurt, and the vanilla and stir well. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
- Transfer the mixture into the ice cream machine and process according to the appliance instructions.
