Pasta With Walnut Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 ounces fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1⁄3 cup fresh basil, snipped
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile in skillet heat oil until hot.
- Add walnuts and garlic; saute 2-3 minutes.
- Add milk, sour cream, cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir constantly until sauce thickens.
- Add basil.
- Combine drained pasta and sauce in a large serving bowl.
