Pasta With Cream and Gorgonzola

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 1⁄2 cups heavy cream
- 6 ounces gorgonzola
- 1 lb fresh fettuccine pasta
Directions
- In a medium frying pan, toast walnuts and then set aside.
- In a large saucepan, boil cream over medium heat until reduced to about 1 ¼ cups; be careful not to boil over. Stir in cheese until melted.
- Meanwhile cook pasta. Drain.
- Toss pasta with sauce and serve topped with walnuts.
