Parmesan Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs peeled and cubed potatoes (4 c)
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook potatoes and garlic, covered with water in a medium saucepan until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Drain and return to pan.
- Add butter and mash, then add remaining ingredients and finish mashing.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
