Ingredients
- 500 g yoghurt
- 500 g spinach, blanched and chopped (Palak)
- salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard seeds (Rai)
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons green coriander (to garnish)
Directions
- whisk yoghurt to obtain a smooth consistency.
- mix palak, salt, garlic, ginger, black pepper and mustard seeds.
- transfer onto serving bowl garnish with red chili powder and green coriander.
- serve chiiled.
