Oriental Ramen Salad

Ingredients

  • 3  packages  ramen noodles, prepared according to directions and drained
  • 1  cabbage, shredded
  • 8  scallions, chopped
  • 14 cup  apple juice
  • 1  tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1  teaspoon  minced ginger
  • 1 12 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1  dash pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients.
  2. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
