Orange Tocirpa

Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup dried apricot
- 4 medium oranges, juiced
- 2 tablespoons peach yogurt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar, soft
Directions
- Add apricots to boiling water and let sit 8 hours or overnight (not included in prep time).
- In a blender, puree apricots and their water. add orange juice and blend till combined.
- Pour mix into 2 glasses and carefully spoon 1 tablespoon yogurt on top of each, then sprinkle 1/2 tsp brown sugar on yogurt. Serve.
