Orange Sherbet With Yogurt

Yields: 3 1/2 Cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 1 teaspoon orange zest (rind of 1 orange)
- 1 1⁄2 cups drained yogurt
Directions
- Soften gelatin in .5 cups OJ and heat until dissolved.
- Cool by adding remaining OJ and zest.
- Put in freezer and bring to soft mush or do it in your ice cream maker.
- Add yogurt and beat until smooth. Continue freezing till ready.
