Orange Pecan Brownies

Ingredients
- 8 ounces light margarine
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup egg white, at room temperature
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F Grease & flour 9x13" baking pan.
- Melt margarine & chocolates in double boiler. Set aside & cool.
- Using electric mixer on medium speed, cream together sugar and eggs. Continue beating 2 minutes.
- With mixer on low, add flour, liqueur, zest and salt.
- Add cooled chocolate mixture and blend well. Stir in nuts.
- Pour into pan & bake 20-25 minutes.
