Orange Liqueur Fruit Dip

I've made and loved Ninna's Tia Maria Sour Cream Dip for Fruit for a long time, but last night made this which is loosely based on it. We all really enjoyed it. Show more

Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 400  ml sour cream, must be full-fat
  • 4  tablespoons  glayva or 4  tablespoons  orange liqueur, of choice
  • 4  tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2  tablespoons  orange juice
  • 2  teaspoons  grated  orange rind

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, whip with electric beaters until the mixture thickens (this can take up to 10 minutes.
  2. Serve with a platter of fresh fruit chunks.
