Orange Liqueur Fruit Dip

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 400 ml sour cream, must be full-fat
- 4 tablespoons glayva or 4 tablespoons orange liqueur, of choice
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, whip with electric beaters until the mixture thickens (this can take up to 10 minutes.
- Serve with a platter of fresh fruit chunks.
