Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce)  pork chops
  • 1 (10 ounce) can  condensed tomato soup
  • 12 cup water
  • 1  teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 3  medium potatoes, quartered
  • 4  small carrots, split lengthwise and cut in 2-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Brown chops in non-stick skillet. Pour off excess fat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer 45 min or until tender.
