Oatmeal Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 egg whites
- milk
Directions
- Soak oatmeal in the 1/2 cup milk.
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another.
- Combine all the bowls together.
- Add milk until it is the right consistency.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the pancake until the edges pull away from the pan about 5 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and cook the second side for about 1 minute.
- Be careful because it burns easily.
