- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 6 ounces frozen juice concentrate
- 2 cups ice cubes
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except ice until smooth and frothy.
- Add ice and process until smooth and frothy.
