Noodles and Mushrooms in Poppy Seed Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1⁄2 lb mushroom, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 3⁄4 lb pasta
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Directions
- Melt butter and saute onions, mushrooms, and garlic.
- Add juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne and bring to a simmer.
- Cook noodles al dente.
- Combine sour cream, yogurt, zest, and poppyseed.
- Toss pasta, juice mixture, and sour cream mixture.
