  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise;remove yolks and discard (or save for another use).
  2. Set whites aside.
  3. Mix potatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic salt, and color.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spoon or pipe onto whites.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Chill.
