No Butter Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients
- 2 large cooked and peeled sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 frozen or fresh pie shell
Directions
- Preheat oven 400°F.
- Blend skinned potatoes in food processor til smooth.
- Mix in all other ingredients.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake approximately 50 minutes (until filling sets and puffs around edges).
- Let cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Top with toasted pecan and whip cream.
