My Mom's Yummy Cauliflower Salad

Yields: 8 cups
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 lb frozen baby peas (thawed not cooked)
- 4 stalks celery
- 1⁄4 cup red onion
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- chop veggies and bacon into bite sized pieces.
- mix mayo, sugar, cheese, vinegar and salt.
- add dressing to veggies.
- enjoy!
