Muffins With Apples and Maple Syrup

I found this recipe on a German baking site and finally I found the time to test it. The muffins turned out soft and moist, with a wonderful maple syrup aroma. I love them! Show more

  1. Cut apples in small cubes.
  2. In one bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and nuts. In a second bowl, beat together the egg, oil, sugar, salt, sirup and yoghurt.
  3. Add flour-mixture and apples to the second bowl, mixing all ingredients.
  4. Fill in greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake at 190 degree Clsius for about 20 minutes.
