Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mixed fruit
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt (any flavor)
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1 cup strawberry soymilk
- water, as needed
Directions
- Put all ingredients into blender.
- Process on high 4-5 minutes or until smooth.
