Monkeygland Sauce for Steak

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3⁄4 cup fruit chutney
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pot and saute onions and garlic until soft.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
