Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil, for skillet
- 1 cup self-rising cornmeal
- 1⁄2 cup self-rising flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup water
Directions
- Mix ingredients and pour into hot oiled skillet. Bake at 450* until golden brown.
