Mock Hollandaise Sauce With Yogurt

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat, whisking constantly, over moderate heat until mixture barely begins to boil. Remove at once.
- Serve warm or chilled just as you would the real thing.
