Mock Hollandaise Sauce With Yogurt

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons lemon juice
• 3  tablespoons butter, melted
• 1  cup plain yogurt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 2  eggs

Directions

1. Whisk together all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat, whisking constantly, over moderate heat until mixture barely begins to boil. Remove at once.
2. Serve warm or chilled just as you would the real thing.
