Ingredients
- 2 cups flour, minus 2 tablespoons
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 dash salt
- 6 tablespoons cocoa, top quality
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 cup cold water
Directions
- Sift together all dry ingredients.
- Add Miracle Whip and COLD water.
- Beat well.
- pour in 9 inch cakepan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Frost with your favorite frosting after cake has cooled.
- You can double this recipe and make it two layer.
