MIRACLE WHIP CHOCOLATE CAKE

From Youngstown cookbook my friends Roe and Hugh gave us. Its so Easy and Moist.

Ingredients

• 2  cups flour, minus 2 tablespoons
• 1  cup sugar
• 2  teaspoons baking soda
• 1  dash salt
• 6  tablespoons  cocoa, top quality
• 1  cup Miracle Whip
• 1  cup cold water

Directions

1. Sift together all dry ingredients.
2. Add Miracle Whip and COLD water.
3. Beat well.
4. pour in 9 inch cakepan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
6. Frost with your favorite frosting after cake has cooled.
7. You can double this recipe and make it two layer.
