Mint Chocolate Shake

Ingredients
- 1 peppermint tea bag
- 1⁄4 cup water, hot
- 1⁄2 cup ice
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1⁄2 cup soy yogurt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons flax seed oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons organic dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Steep mint tea in hot water for 5 minutes, Squeeze remaining from tea bag and discard.
- Add ice to tea. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a tall glass and serve.
