Ingredients
- 200 ml soya milk
- 4 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon milo
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture in a glass.
- Dust some milo powder on the top and serve cold.
