Mexican Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups fully cooked chicken, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup pepper, chopped
- 0.5 (14 1/2ounce) can kidney beans
- 1⁄2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup fage yogurt
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Directions
- Mix together sour cream, yogurt, and taco seasoning. Add chicken, peppers, beans, and onion and mix till coated. Serve on bed of shredded lettuce and top with tomatoes, olives, as desired.
