Melon Mania Smoothies

Yields: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 12 lb  piece watermelon, seeded (red or yellow watermelon)
  • 1  slice honeydew melon, thin wedge, about 1/2 cup
  • 1  slice cantaloupe, thin wedge, about 1/2 cup
  • 12 cup  cold plain nonfat yogurt
  • 12 cup  cold milk or 12 cup  enriched  rice milk
  • 3 -4  ice cubes
  • 1 -2  teaspoon sugar or 1  teaspoon honey, to taste

Directions

  1. Chop the melons into 1/2" chunks.
  2. Puree the melons with the remaininig ingredients until smooth.
