Meatloaf Sauce (Or Stuffed Peppers)

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce or 2 teaspoons vegan worcestershire sauce or 2 teaspoons A.1. Original Sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1⁄4 cup mushroom, sliced thinly (optional)
Directions
- Throughly mix together all ingredients.
- Spoon sauce over meatloaf.
- Bake for one hour at 350°F.
- •For vegan, omit the Worcestershire sauce and use vegan alternative.
