Mango Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions
- Peel mango. Cut fruit into large chunks.
- Place in blender, including any remaining fruit on pit which can be scraped off with a paring knife.
- Add yogurt, milk, honey and ice cubes. Whirl until smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses. Dust with nutmeg and serve.
