Mango Yogurt Smoothie

This comes from Splenda. It makes a very good light smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  ice cube
  • 1  large mango, ripe peeled and chopped
  • 14 cup Splenda granular, artificial sweetener
  • 1  cup nonfat yogurt, plain
  • 12 cup  mango nectar or 12 cup  orange juice
  • 12 teaspoon  almond extract
  • 1  pinch salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  2. Process mixture until smooth stopping to scrape down sides a few times.
