Mango Yogurt Bread Abm

I like having a NOT SWEET mango bread. Nice for an afternoon tea. Scrumptious with butter.

• Yields: 1 Large Loaf

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup water, warm
• 3  cups bread flour
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons dry milk
• 1  tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
• 3⁄4 cup mango, diced
• 1⁄2 cup yogurt (I use plain)
• 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3  teaspoons  yeast (for your bread machine)

Directions

1. Combine ingredients according to you bread machine instructions.
2. Set on white bread cycle.
3. You can just do dough make and bake in the over, if you prefer.
