Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled,seeded,and chopped
- 1⁄4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup crushed ice
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice
Directions
- Place mango, yogurt, and ice in blender and puree until smooth; add orange juice and blend until mixed.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
