Mango Lassi Smoothie

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup 1% lactose milk
- 3 ice cubes
Directions
- Cut the mango and discard bone. Scoop the mango meat and put in the blender, add the yogurt, milk and ice cubes and blend for 1 minute and serve. Serves two glasses.
