Mango Lassi

Yields: 4 glasses
Ingredients
- 2 cups chilled yoghurt (I used full fat)
- 1 1⁄2 cups chilled mango pulp (I used something called Kesar Mango Pulp)
- 4 1⁄2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cardamom powder (can also be substituted with cinnamon powder)
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on medium for 2 mins or until the pulp has completely mixed with the yoghurt.
- Serve in chilled glasses with a light drizzle of cardamom on top.
