Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 3 tablespoons quinoa or 3 tablespoons quinoa flour
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or 1 tablespoon agave nectar
Directions
- In a blender combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth.
