Mango -Banana Smoothie

My daugther and my 2 yr/o son loves this one.Healthy and easy on the go smoothie.

Serves: 2

Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 12 cup mango, diced (frozen)
  • 1  firm banana (freeze for a couple of hrs)
  • 12 cup nonfat yogurt (or 1 c milk)
  • 12 cup  ice
  • 12 cup  mango juice

Directions

  1. In a blender,combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and blend till smooth (or till you reach your desired consistency).
  3. Enjoy!
  4. NOTE:
  5. You can add 1 (1 g) packet Sweet 'n Low to sweeten it a lil bit.
